5 stars for Courtney isn't close to enough to show how incredible she is. Last year I moved across the country for college, away from my family and friends, and during all of that my acne was at the worst it had ever been. I had tried everything dermatologists had recommended over the years, and nothing worked. If anything, it only made my skin worse. I was in the lowest place mentally and had completely lost hope that my skin would ever get better. My sister introduced me to Courtney, so I decided to text her. I'll never forget that first conversation. I told her everything I had been dealing with, both physically and mentally, and she stayed up late texting me back, giving me more hope than I had felt in a long time. From the very beginning, Courtney went above and beyond for me. She stayed after hours to get me in, always made me feel like a priority, and truly took me under her wing. She worked with and researched my skin, ordering products specifically for my acne, and was determined to find something that would actually work. I kid you not, after only two months my acne was almost completely flattened. The inflammation was gone, my skin was calmer than it had been in years, and for the first time in so long I had hope. I continued seeing Courtney every month throughout the school year for deep pore facials, chemical peels, and eventually microneedling. Every appointment brought me one step closer to feeling like myself again. The confidence Courtney has given me is something I never thought I would get back. But more than that, she became such a safe person for me during one of the hardest times of my life. Even now that I'm home for the summer, she still checks in, answers my questions, and supports me through everything. That isn't something you find very often. Courtney is hands down the most selfless and caring person I've ever met. She genuinely wants the best for every single person who walks through her door, and you can feel that from the moment you meet her. I trust her completely, and I can't imagine where I'd be if I hadn't reached out to her that day. If you're struggling with acne, especially if you feel like you've already tried everything, I cannot recommend Courtney enough. She didn't just clear my skin, she gave me my life back. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't thank the Lord for bringing Courtney into my life. She has been such a blessing, and I will be forever grateful for everything she has done for me.

As a parent I can’t thank you enough Courtney for what you have done for our daughter. Last summer at just 19 years old my daughter had lost after struggling with severe acne.
